They must have come to an agreement since it's on Marriott's website/news section that it formally opened yesterday. Category 3. Says it's "Located in South Pattaya city area within walking distance to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street." The hotel website says it's in a quiet residential neighborhood 10 minutes walk to the beach.
