Canx 1 pax on a 4 pax pnr

Can't find anything in search so sorry if this is a pain!
I have a 4 person booking (I class) to Faro on the same PNR and it turns out one person can't take the trip. I gather I can't cancel a single passenger online, only the whole booking so need to do it on the phone. Trouble is I can't get BA to answer the phone.
Will there be a service charge to do this if I ever get through on the phone? Or would it be easier to leave it as a 'no show' situation which just seems wrong, but if nobody in BA is interested........................................ .......
Anyone seen this before?
