Probably I'm the unluckiest person but still not received an answer from Etihad, always this one

I called the local sale that told me they don't manage this kind of request and I have to wait an answer by email.

I also tried to be matched on Gulf Air (based on statusmatcher just need to wait 5 business days). Until now I dodn't receive any answer.........
