I fly mia-dca-mia weekly, yesterday experienced the worst first class service yet.
Flight 238, no welcome,no warm towels, snack basket not offered to all (I had to ring for basket offering),no seconds offered on drinks or snacks for anyone
I don't expect five star dining but I resent two flight attendants sitting and reading for the majority of the flight when we are paying for service. My guess is these are from USAir and not American side.
Just needed to rant
