To my experience, they often seem to at least get the aircraft correct; it's the version that is often wrong. I can usually find the right configuration if I match up the exit rows with the ones indicated on the BA map.
Well, every flight is different as the cabin moved with demand on shorthual aircraft. How can a 3rd party website get it right on a "fixed" seat map on their website. Of course, for longhual it's generally correct as CW seats don't suddenly become WTP if there is a run on WTP tickets.
