low-yield market. same reason why ex-cai and ex-cmb j fares are cheap. mexico/carribean should be same price because theyre both leisure markets.
it's only been in the last year that yvr has gotten cheaper fares because of dl's new hub at sea creating competition: meaning flights to asia and europe are cheaper.
south america they will still charge you out of the @ss in both markets.
