JDiver gives a great review. I stayed there in early November, upgraded to an ocean view room, on the 5th floor. I didn't have the issues with noise, but it seems I was just lucky. The other thing is that the charges on my Surpass came back as Holiday Inn, so I'm working with Honors to get that fixed. I didn't find the laundry any more expensive than others I used while I was in Australia, $4 each for wash/dry. I had my own laundry soap, so I don't know how much that would be. Probably $2. Same prices at the other hotels where I stayed.
Generally a clean, comfortable hotel, with good staff. I'd stay here again.
