Edit: To make sure the promo works, you must be registered with Hertz Gold Plus Rewards (free). Place your Delta SkyMiles number in your Membership Details — Frequent Flyer Programs. On Delta.com, go into your Profile — Hotel & Car, and Add Hertz with your Gold Plus Rewards number. (see discussion below)
