Read through about 10 pages and saw nothing on this- anyone have any luck getting the 140k and then having the annual fee waived upon closure?

I realize there's the reimbursements, etc., but I'm thinking about getting it, spending the 3k and then closing (a la the 100k American card that people were doing over and over again).

Any help is appreciated.
