No. There are a few lounges at CGH, but all of them are for credit cards holders, and not airlines/alliances.
The best one is the Amex lounge, which is the only one airside. It is open for Centurion, Platinum and Gold cardholders. It is a convenient lounge, just do not expect the same level of food and comfort as the Centurion lounges in the US. No booze either. Just Nespresso coffee, soft drinks and snacks, as well as computers and sofas.
There are also HSBC Premier, Citi and Diners lounges, just before security.
