The first bag up to 50lbs. is $25 domestic/$35 international, second is $35/$40, third and up are $125/$150. Of course, even if your bag won't fit in the tiny overheads, they will gate check it at no charge and return it planeside.

Not anymore, since they are no longer United Express. You could get an agent who misunderstands this, as I think weirdlyndon did, but I'd not bank on it.
