I may have missed it in the 700+ postings, but .... I note that C+ will have "dedicated overhead storage". I assume this simply means the same-as-now EC sticker on the overhead bins reminding folks that this is the EC part of the plane (which may or may not be followed). If so, how does DL fulfill its promise when all the bins are full and another C+ passenger boards? Do they remove the E- luggage to make room (highly unlikely), but then again, with all the restrictions on E fares, maybe so?
