Quite a contrast with BR (J class BKK or HKG-TPE-YYZ or YVR). 100% of time it arrived, and was always one of the first bags off, very quickly. I find it interesting that EVA is able to deliver my bags promptly and with certainty despite having similar connection time windows as AC.

I can attest to this for BR. Getting my bags on either end (HKG or even, dare I say it YYZ), was phenomenally quick. My bags were the first 3 to roll off at YYZ, and I waited not more than 2 minutes (customs was empty too!) for all my bags!
