I can confirm this. I have "Aztec_Flyer Consulting Ltd", small company with two employees in addition to the day job.

After crediting about 20k points to OB my account was frozen and I was advised it was being audited.

Polite email was then received requesting what supporting documentation I had to confirm that company met the enrolment criteria. Sent company registration cert and a redacted P35 return showing employee names.

Received an email back about two weeks later confirming all was in order and that the account was available again.

Overall OB is a nice gesture from BA but it's very much the poor cousin of the Exec Club both in terms of flexibility on booking types and investment / resources. Availability is great though given it books into revenue classes.

The key limitations are:
- expensive for outright redemptions whereas upgrades are very good value for the points in relative terms.
- Only A-B-A bookings are possible. No complex itineraries like open jaws etc..
- Can only upgrade from e.g. C&D to F, so sometimes it's actually cheaper to buy the F ticket outright (especially ex-EU) than to buy a C/D class ticket.
- Upgrades can only be processed at the time of booking.
