Redemptions on US flights are amazing. I looked at one itinerary yesterday, and by leaving out one leg I can save a small fortune. That can then be substituted with a redemption flight for 4,500 Avios and only 5 EUR!!

I find it a little odd that Reward Flights in the UK and Europe are worse value than redemptions in the US, despite Executive Club being a BA reward programme.

PS, I think T8191 is secretly after GGL status!
