I have had high success rate with MH upgrades:

PVG-KUL 130USD
DPS-KUL 60USD (minimum offer)
KUL-PVG 130USD
KUL-LGK 100MYR (minimum offer)

So far only LGK-KUL for 100MYR was declined which seemed to be 100% full flight. Unfortunately no AY miles from these flights
