Really gutted.... I booked last month 2 redemption tickets from LHR to JFK.
I was really happy as I've never flown on any 747 upper deck in my life and I managed to secure a 747 on both ways with UD seats.

This morning I logged into BAEC and found out that the aircraft has changed to a 777 and we are now sitting somewhere in row 10.

I tried to see if I can change my flights online but of course there are no more avios availability at decent date and time (forgot to mention that it is on the Easter week end).

I don't think I have too many options here but any tip could help.
Is it worth phoning BA and see if they can change us for 747 on the same day, even if BA.com doesn't seem to show any availability?

What would be a good CW row/seat on a 777? (Looks like row 10 has no window and close to toilets)?
