Eh, not a big deal. How do you know the TSA employee didn't tell her to duck the line? Maybe she is PreCheck, but thought she had to go in the regular line b/c her kid wasn't and the document checker said to jump over to the other line. Seems the most feasible reason, although I suppose she is just a loser who jumps lines at every turn.

Within TSA's authority for keeping people in adherence with the rules, but I'd be hard-pressed to agree that it's a true "security issue."
