That's quite an assumption. Plenty of trips in F on the 757 and have never seen FA's hold back Y passengers at L2 so F could deplane first (or on the 764/A330 either for that matter).
Foreign carriers are much better about this. In all fairness, it is tough on the 752 since L2 opens straight into the seating area on most a/c (no galley or bulkhead).
