Question What does "Open" and "Closed" mean on an upgrade cert?
I have 3 global upgrade certificates in my wallet. Two are marked OPEN, one is CLOSED.

What's that mean? I thought if I used one, it would vanish from the wallet (and I used to have more which I assume were removed when I did actually use them).
