Broken shower heads; hairdryers not fit for purpose; tens of dead flies caught in the light fittings; damaged and warped flooring; faulty plugs in the sink; radios that don't work (except for the one in 'suite' 12?); and that painful gasping sound of water being sucked down the drains (like a baby whale taking its last few breaths). The showers in T5 south lounges are in serious need of renovation.

(The ones in the CX Wing lounge at HKG wouldn't look out of place in a new 5 star hotel!)
