I would go back to the Caribbean holiday and not worry one jot over this!
There is a three-hour difference between the desired time and the apparently mistaken booked time. If the difference was one day, then I would be inclined to email or call the location.
Just show up and either treat it as your flight arrived "early" or "late".
This sort of thing happens all the time.
