Combine 2 Bookings on Air Asia When Piecing Itinerary Together??
I had the same issue. Trying to get from BKI to CNX. AirAsia was by far the cheapest, but had to buy 2 one way tickets. BKI-KUL & KUL-CNX.
We allowed for a 3 hour transit at KUL, and it all worked out. Other option via HKG only allowed for about 60 minute transit, too close with having to collect & recheck bags. Had to pay for checked luggage & seat assignments for each flight. Still cheaper than the alternatives. Good luck with whatever you decide.
