Newb Q: Changing rental times online?
I am stuck here.
Booked the car from 12:00 to 12:00 but was sure I did input 15:00 to 15:00.
Anyhow, when I use the modify booking option online to change the times, the car we have is sold out so it is not possible to change the time. Catch 22!
Is calling the only option? Currently in The Caribbean and using my EU cellphone to call US from here is going to cost an absurd amount of money...
