Yeah it's a shame that the concourse is as narrow as it is. The moving walkways are too narrow to pass anybody. I understand the regional flights carry mostly connecting passengers who will have short walks, but a very long walk from customs/bag recheck to the regional gates on their return.
That said, within the concourse itself, the walk from B20 to the regional gates is probably not much longer than one would have at ATL (from the tram station of a concourse to its farthest gate).
