IIRC, when the T4 plans were first announced a rendering was incorrectly released that included a full buildout to the corner of the taxiways. ie: Phase 3 would be a further extension from the T4-B RJ (phase 2) extension.
I believe it was an extension to T4-A, not yet another extension to T4-B. There a picture over on a'net in this thread in the first post:
