IIRC, when the T4 plans were first announced a rendering was incorrectly released that included a full buildout to the corner of the taxiways. ie: Phase 3 would be a further extension from the T4-B RJ (phase 2) extension.
Yeah, I remember the rendering, but couldn't dig it up today so that's why I didn't speculate.
