Before posting I checked the Star Alliance site, which says there is a lounge, a lounge app that doesn't include it, and other places implying recent changes. We're in Business Class, and I have clarified that as well.

I don't know if the *A site is always kept up to date. If it is, there's a lounge and I would welcome information from anybody who has been there recently.
