For me it's 747 row 1 for the emotion of it all and even better when traveling with a partner but it's the 777 for comfort with more space around the seat at 1A. I don't get bothered by the galley etc. Even better with the 773 as there's no forward toilet (although there is usually a constant stream of people looking for it over the first couple of hours ).
