Currently stuck in naples with a 3 hour delay. Lounge is over crowded and has very little offerings. There was an announcement made mentioning food vouchers for BA passengers. Are Gold members entitled to it? Or are we expected to use the lounge? If entitled, I'm already air side and I'm wondering whether anyone knows where I can get some...
