It has been offline for several months. I am told that some Avios collector got the lawyers in when their promised service turned out not to exist. I wouldn't expect it to come back soon. Since you are looking at a finite number of routes from the West Coast, you can reasonably efficiently use the normal route finder and then check the view by month option to get some ideas.

However if you look on the AA website under the Aadvantage tab there is a map there, which with a bit of jiggery pokery you can get to give some indications of availability. It doesn't show Golds' additional availability.
