Does AC boil bottled water or use water on board?

Thanks!
Plug in water boilers (aka hotcups) were removed years ago as they were deemed an electrical hazard. AC uses combi-brewers which freshly brew (as opposed to instant) coffee and tea. The temperature is similar to a home-installed instant hot tap. I've consumed the coffee and tea on board for 3 decades and have lived to talk about out.

To SparseFlyer The boarding of 48 bottles of Naya would indicate a water flow problem on board. Bottled H20 would be used for potable water, thermoses of coffee and tea would be provided by the caterers in this instance.

SAP What about the coffee on the Hello Kitty Airline?
