I did use them 3 times: already received 2 rebates and waiting for the third one.
They seems to be the honest people, that, however does not make their business model sustainable. Let's consider an example: they sell to one of us $100 item. Let's say it is grossly overpriced, the market price is only $10, so their cost is even lower, but they also spend money on free shipping, so let's assume their expence is $10.
Now let's see. They charged us $100, they keep it for 4 month, then they have to rebate $100 and make up somehow for original $10. So do you really believe they can make 10 bucks out of $100 in 4-5 month? So how do they do it? Very simple: they can operate as long as their revenues are growing, earlier rebates are paid from the latest sales. Sounds familliar? Yes, it's a classic pyramid, and it will crumble one day. And because it's a private company, we will never see any warnings.
Use it while it lasts, but buyer beware...
