I have no inside information whatsoever but I cannot imagine this will be enforced as it's just plain unreasonable. Surely the time given for people to reach a certain target cannot depend upon their own arbitrary membership end dates. All the other proposed changes affect everyone the same way apart from this bit. It doesn't impact on me but I'm pretty sure common sense will prevail on this one and that leeway will be given either with a public change of stance by BA or on a case-by-case basis.
