T3 was about as empty as you'll ever see it today. Would have been super easy travel, if not for the 6 hour delay . . . cargo loading problem then mx then an aircraft swap (good thing they had an extra Hawaii config just sitting around - everyone even kept same seats). UA handled the situation as well as they could have. Staff was really excellent at all steps of the process. Brought out cookies and soft drinks and pro-actively handed out vouchers.

Very long wait on the taxi-way due to the aircraft spacing.
