No, the base level rooms are small. I'm not sure whether they're all courtyard or all street side or a mixture, but the definition seems to be size even if they're not identical. The next category up looks obviously larger. I have no idea how Minneapolis LM decides which rooms in their standard category (whatever it's called) are enhanced.
Note that the hotel consists of two connected historic buildings, with one side having an additional floor, so that the ceiling height isn't uniform, even on the same floor.
Some of the courtyard view rooms can be fun, especially when the ice bar is operating.
