My sister has an Emirates Skywards blue account. She wants to cancel the account. How does she go about this ? The reason being - her husband has an Emirates silver card and he cannot add her on to his account currently as a family member because she has a separate account.
He travels very frequently on Emirates multiple times a year whereas she travels rarely. And so, the added points would benefit him more than her even though only 1/4th of the points are added.
Do we need to call EK or do we need to send an email ? Thanks !
Thats not true - I have family members who have their own accounts and are also on my account....of course you must pick one or the other per flight and as long as your sister never quotes her blue account number when making the reservation it should not be a problem for her husband to put her on the PNR under his account (it wasn't a problem for me)
