cowfd is right. The name used was my husbands, and it was different on his MyPoints account than on his Hilton account. Since the last name was same and mailing address, they did it once, but warned me that I needed to change one or the other. Since Hilton doesn't allow name changes (unless you can provide proof), I changed his name with MyPoints.

I always use MP to transfer to Hilton as well. There are many uses for them when in Hilton.
