Two calls, two supes denied. So came up here earlier by flying in last night.
663 is a mess. But they cancelled more LA-SF flights. I reminded them if they let me drop it they get more capacity for IRROPS. No go.
1K agents are not empowered. Very sad. Both wanted to accomodate me but had to get approvals and were blocked.

Meanwhile Hilton LA let me out of my room last night no charge and i got the Bayfront for the same price. That was good service.

If your request falls within the waiver then why would it be denied? Were you asking for something outside the waiver or were you asking to waive fare class difference?
