Almost certainly - and, in the unlikely case that there is not, a bilingual passenger will be there.

Huge ^ on flash cards, though. And I would have one that says: "I do not speak English!"

Bottom line: OP, you have no reasons to worry. My mom also spoke no English and traveled back-and-forth without a problem, all the time. As for CBP, they deal with this literally every day - and actually, they tend to be really, really good about it.
