Parent does not speak English. Will it be a problem on UA Business?

I'm planning to send my mother from China to the States on UA Global First (inbound) and BusinessFirst (return). But she does not speak English at all. Will that be a problem for her? If so, how can I make some preparations in advance? This is her first long-haul flight by herself, so that adds to some more complexity.
