You'd be surprised. Some of the Hamptons and HGIs I've stayed at have been definitely better than regular Hiltons. This includes breakfast options. One of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had was at a Hampton in Tennessee. I have to concede, however, that is the exception rather than the norm.
