I stand entirely behind my statements about legacy carriers going out of their way to ensure that their most loyal and premium customers were not negatively affected. Can't we all agree that not being able to successfully add KTNs to international records is a breathtaking failure on the part of WN at this point? Having company-issued boarding passes fail to properly scan at the connecting hub city after many months?
I don't think there is another side to this story - it's simply a dramatic, inexcusable failure.
