Not very impressed.

When I signed up on the website, there was a pop-up offering 10% off, saying this code would follow by email. Surprise, surprise as no code has arrived.

Then I made my selections, only to find the Pre-Order service is not available on all routes, my one being one of those.

Called up, and it was suggested this was because of the type of aircraft used (the staffmember was not aware the destination was longhaul, and it is valid on very similar routes from nearby destinations, using the same aircraft) so I was unable to pre-order.

Nothing on their website suggests it is selected flights only.

I shall go back to buying on board.
