Some of the gates definitely seem to be set up for this. For example in T3 there's a gate 3 and 3A. Both labelled as separate gate areas but serve a stand that can either hold 2 A320 or 1 A380.
On my last flight to PRG the screens showed gate 3 but we were actually at gate 3A, as you had to walk past the empty gate 3 to get to 3A then I can imagine some people getting worried seeing what they thought was their gate empty.
If you look at a satellite view of these gates (they're the ones at the far south of T3 running east-west) you can see the markings. The Apple Maps satellite view has a QF A380 on the centre line of gate 303 and you can see the markings either side of it for 303L and 303R and it should be clear how the airbridges can serve both aircraft if they were parked there.
EDIT: Google Maps also shows an A380 at this stand, so I've not found a pic of two aircraft sharing a stand. Neither Google or Apple have a pic from when T2 has opened.
