As MileageAddict says, Big Bang is a waste! I signed up with them what seems like an age ago, must have been at least 2 years ago. In all that time I have received no more than 10 e-mails from. I got one a month ago and that was the first one in 12 months. I still have no idea how many points I have, what they are worth and how to exchange them for miles.
