Glad to see C+P continuing, but it's a shame to see MER go, though AAA rate is typically fairly close. I did notice it was getting harder and harder to use MER as the year went on for many properties.
You know what I would really love to see as an alternative to MER -- waive cancellation fees for Diamonds or make all rates cancellable for Diamonds with a couple of days notice. Typically the MER was about the same as the non-cancellable rate, so this would basically be the same net effect for Diamonds without all the complications of a whole separate rate structure.
