Which one should I trust?
I've only ever used opening rates in the UK. I've had a quick look back through my confirmations for Dumfries, Darlington and London West and they were all non-refundable.
Not sure if that helps you though. If you think you may need to cancel its probably best to contact the hotel direct and ask.
