Out of the brands you mentioned, I would go with the eBags above the others. They seem to put a lot of thought into their product, and have the benefit of having their competitor's product right in their own warehouse to design against. They are also favorably priced because they are selling direct to you, and as you mention, they have a strong warranty.

I would avoid any brand that does not primarily make bags, Victorinox being an exception.
