Agreed. On the one hand, I do have to give WN credit for at least candidly acknowledging this issue time and time again. That's a rarity these days and they've made no bones about doing so repeatedly. But, with that said, it doesn't help one iota the hundreds of folks inconvenienced daily.

If this had been the first few weeks of international, I'd be more willing to turn a blind eye, but planning for international integration for years now (and absorbing an already-existing system through AirTran), these issues are inexcusable in the extreme.
